Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more items under a single order and they were delivered together.

  • You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items under a single order and they were delivered separately.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do this via email at support@polarismode.com.

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 30-day withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred due to your selection of a different shipping method), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • No additional fees will be charged for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods, or

  • You have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods immediately, and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.

  • You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • You are only liable for any loss in value if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusions & Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods that are custom-made or produced based on an individual choice or decision.

  • Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life.

  • Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose value depends on market fluctuations.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • For goods that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

  • For sealed audio/video recordings and software, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
