What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
   Within 1-3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
   United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

   The shipment is handled by Royal Mail. All shipping times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. The order can be tracked here: PolarisMode

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parts.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking does not show any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
